Terms & Condition

1. 24 hours notice required when cancelling / rescheduling an appointment or you will be

charged 50% of the booked service cost. Discluding weddings and formal groups.

2. Travel costs, expenses and any parking fees applicable may apply to the service.

3. There is $50 surcharge for bookings before 7am.

4. 30% surcharge on public holidays.

5. A 30% deposit is required to secure your bookings for weddings, formal groups and

events/projects.

6. Deposits are non-refundable after 7days.

7. A change from the ential trial will result in to another trail including the fees.
